Yoga was first introduced to Deenah in the early 90s. Her growing interest in yoga practice resulted in years of experimenting with different styles including Bikram, Moksha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga.
She holds a 500-hour teaching certification in Hatha Yoga and a 300-hour teaching certification in Yoga Therapy.
Additionally, she holds certifications in Yin, Restorative, Kids’ Yoga, and Plyoga. She is a licensed Zumba fitness instructor and is a current member of the Manitoba Fitness Council where she maintains certifications in Group Fitness and Yoga Fitness.
